Delhi Police have arrested Riyaz Ahmad Rather, a retired army personnel, who is suspected of being involved in a conspiracy with another member of the Lashkar-e-Taiba module operating in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district. Riyaz was involved in receiving arms and ammunition from across the Line of Control (LoC) by terrorist handlers.
Arrested terrorists were in touch with two PoJK-based LeT handlers who sent this consignment through LoC in North Kashmir.
