Larimer, Boulder, Broomfield counties go to Level Blue COVID restrictions – BizWest
As Colorado ceded statewide control over COVID restrictions to local health authorities last week, three of the four counties that form Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley have opted for the equivalent of Level Blue on the now-defunct statewide dial. The health departments in Larimer, Boulder and Broomfield counties all issued public health guidelines that allow restaurants and gyms to operate at 100% capacity with customers six feet apart, and bars to reopen at 25% capacity or a maximum of 75 people.
