State moves RBC to Orange on COVID dial | Rio Blanco Herald Times | Serving Meeker, Rangely, Dinosaur & Northwest Colorado

Listen to this post RBC | The state health department moved Rio Blanco County into Level Orange on the COVID-19 dial framework effective Monday, Dec. 14, according to the state website. The dial levels are based on three factors: new cases reported, percent positivity rate, and impact on hospitalizations. The move from Level Yellow to Level Orange further reduces capacity rates on indoor dining, manufacturing, offices, personal services, and other venues, and makes the county ineligible for new variance requests.
