UPCOMING EVENTS ï® Dec. 26: Car Cruise, downtown from 3 to 6 p.m. ï® Dec. 31 to Jan. 1: City offices closed ADMINISTRATION ï® City staff has been preparing for the third of a series of five bi-annual bond issuances to refurbish the water and wastewater utility plant infrastructure. Two weeks ago, city staff went through the bond rating process with Standard and Poorâs.
