Then we had a couple slices and changed our mind, quickly discovering it was a contender. Now, two years later, Carlos Parisi is featuring the joint on Deadline TV's "Detroit Digest." Starting next Friday, Bedrock launches a four-month "Decked Out Detroit" promotion for dining, shopping and activities at heated pergolas downtown. Diners can grab restaurant take-outs and sit in one of the structures open on all four sides. A news release doesn't say how many temporary huts will be erected.
