LIC granted 10 years to comply with 25% public shareholding norms
In a stock exchange filing, the insurance giant said the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, in a memorandum dated December 20, 2023, has decided to grant it this 'one-time exemption' to achieve 25% MPS.
