Update: On Friday, Feb. 5, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted 202-0 in favor of SB 109. The bill will now move to Governor Wolf's desk for approval.  The beginnings of a silver lining may be appearing for Pennsylvania restaurants after state Senate members voted in favor of a $145 million relief package for the industry.  On Wednesday, the state senators voted 48-0 in favor of SB 109, which creates the Hospitality Industry Recovery Program and provides $145 million in relief for restaurants across the commonwealth.
