11 women rescued from 2 spas offering sex in QC
Five persons allegedly involved in the operations of Heart of Siam and Spa Aichi were arrested. NBI officer-in-charge Director Eric Distor said the operations were conducted by the NBI Anti-Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTRAD) along with the Department of Justice Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (DoJ-IACAT). Two were arrested at the Heart of Siam – a man identified as Robert Que Garcia and a male minor who has been turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
