Health Department expands COVID vaccine availability
NEWARK – The Licking County Health Department has expanded the availability for COVID-19 vaccinations, offering the vaccine through upcoming clinics at remote locations.
LCHD will offering the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to individuals without an appointment at two remote locations on Wednesday May 26. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine can be given to individuals at least age 18 and is a one-dose vaccine that does not require a second visit.
The locations are: Salvation Army, 250 E. Main St., Newark, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Licking County Aging Program, 1058 E. Main St., Newark, 2:30-4 p.m. ....
