Glo Fest
The Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Bossier Arts Council present monthly GloFests debuting new light shows on the "Bakowski Bridge of Lights" on the Texas Street Bridge. Glo Fests will rotate between the Shreveport Riverview Plaza and the Bossier Louisiana Boardwalk and will feature an Arts Market, Food Truck Court, Street Performances by Spinner Entertainment and more!
