MOBERLY — Dave and Lilly Elliott are building a new home for the Christos Center. “They just decided we needed somewhere new,” Christos Center Director Carma Smith said Monday before a groundbreaking ceremony on West Rollins Street. “Dave Elliott volunteers there, so he knows the ins and outs,” Smith said.
