(AP) A Lincoln Jewish temple that was vandalized earlier this year is donating $11,000 to two organizations to show its gratitude for support it received from the community. The South Street Temple and Congregation Tifereth Israel will donate the money to the Food Bank of Lincoln and Clinic with a Heart, WOWT-TV reported Wednesday. A swastika and racial epithets were spray-painted on the temple on Jan. 15. Noah Miller, of Plattsmouth was charged in February with a hate crime and criminal mischief related to the vandalism.
