MPNnow We are definitely going back to Penfield! Thanks to a tip from one of Rosie’s fans, we discovered Penfield’s Channing H. Philbrick Park this week. It was so nice we’ll return to explore more of this town’s trails — and there are many.  One of the town’s oldest parks, Philbrick Park — just west of the intersection of Five Mile Line Road and Route 441 — has two trails running through its 19 acres.  Rosie got pretty excited about all the anglers along the roaring waters of Irondequoit Creek, and who could blame her? That’s a sure sign of spring.
