In the last four months alone there have been 31,000 alerts sent out by these devices that weren't properly cleared. now in defense of the only 275 agents who have to watch all these alerts that come out, many of those are for bad batteries or for someone who stepped into an elevator. it still shows that there are significant number not properly cleared so the inspector general here in california says there needs to be either more agents hired or put some analysts to watch the actual alerts and let the agents get back out on the streets. >> shepard: adam housley live in los angeles this aftern...
