HUBBALLI: While the state is struggling to meet the demand for medical oxygen, the residents of Hubballi-Dharwad are finding it difficult to find oximeters and steaming devices.
They are doing the rounds of medical stores and surgical shops, in search of both these devices, to take care of themselves at home. They are disappointed as the administration is suggesting that they not visit hospitals, but stay isolated in homes. Many people are unable to monitor their blood oxygen level, as oximeters are out of stock. ....
