ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The transformation at Southeast Towers took a big step forward Wednesday. Conifer Realty demolished an unused building to make way for resident amenity space and to connect the community to the new neighborhood that surrounds it. It’s part of a bigger project that will, in the end, become mixed-use retail and housing space. The Manhattan Building and Savannah Building are already coming along.
