Mar 16, 2021 LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a March 22 preliminary hearing was set for Jamie Tice, 20, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly striking his mother, Kristie Tice, in the eye on March 8 during an argument. Mark A. Walton, 55, Crawford Road, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of having a weapon while under a disability and aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to kill Cinthia Hannan while holding a handgun, which caused Hannan and her family to flee from the home in fear.
