Englewood Cliffs NJ puts clerk on paid leave
View Comments ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS — For the second time in as many months, the governing body on Wednesday discussed the performance of the borough clerk, this time sparring over a resolution for a paid leave of absence. Councilman William Woo said the impetus for the resolution was Borough Clerk Lisette Duffy's failure to keep reliable records, namely emails sent and received by himself, as well as meeting minutes.
