City Council Approves MOU with PHS Building Trades Program
Last week the Plymouth Common Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Plymouth School Building Trades Program. City Attorney Sean Surrisi and Building Inspector Dennis Manuwal explained the MOU.
