Revised weekday timetables for Dublin Bus and Go Ahead services in the capital will come into place next week, the National Transport Authority has announced. Subsidised bus services will move to new schedules on a “phased basis” from January 18 for Dublin Bus, while Go Ahead services will come into effect on January 25. A Mallow taxi driver has revealed that, despite COVID restrictions limiting the number of people allowed into private homes, he has been inundated with calls from people trying to get home from house parties. The company said the behaviour of some passengers on the 11.30pm service from Dungarvan to Tallow was ‘unacceptable’.
