Like us on Facebook.   BRATTLEBORO — Third-grader Vinny Doell was glad to hear he’d get to go biking on trails behind the school over spring break. “I just think it’s wonderful what they’ve done,” said Desiree Stango of Brattleboro, his mother. Better Places Partnership awards nearly $130,000 in grants for eight communities
