While a point failure at Panvel railway station disrupted Mumbai local train services on Harbour Line, water logging halted local trains on the Central Line. 

Local train services came to a halt today between Badlapur and Ambarnath section in Maharashtra's Thane district adjoining Mumbai due to water-logging on railway tracks after heavy rains, officials said.

পূর্ব রেল জানিয়েছে, শনিবার রাত সাড়ে ৯টা থেকে রবিবার সকাল সাড়ে ৯টা পর্যন্ত দমদম স্টেশনের মেন আপ লাইনে কাজ চলবে। সেই কারণেই বেশ কয়েকটি লোকাল বাতিল করা হয়েছে।

ট্রেনে দরজার কাছে দাঁড়িয়ে ফোনে কারও সঙ্গে কথা বলছিলেন প্রীতি। ট্রেন ছাড়তেই দুই যুবক ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ে তাঁর ফোনটি ছিনিয়ে নেওয়ার চেষ্টা করেন। বাধা দিতে গিয়ে ট্রেন থেকে পড়ে যান প্রীতি।
