Starbucks planned in Lincoln Coffee lovers will have more choices in the future. Lincoln City Aldermen heard plans that a Starbucks restaurant will be added to the retail landscape on the city’s west side at the Tuesday night meeting. Building and Safety Officer Wes Woodhall asked city leaders for a special use permit for a drive-thru window at 3103 Woodlawn Rd in Lincoln.
