DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – With one month to go before the State Wrestling Tournament, Valley City continues to rack up impressive wins and looking like a state championship contender. Thursday night in Devils Lake, the Hi-Liners handed the Firebirds their second loss of the season, a 41-29 dual win. Both of Devils Lake’s losses have been to Valley City.
