Educators bring back N.W.T.-based teacher education program
Lois Philipp, a former principal at Deh Gáh School in Fort Providence, N.W.T., is one of a several northern educators who've found a new way to help northerners obtain their Bachelor's of Education degree — without leaving the territory.
