Costantino sues town of Smithfield, superintendent
SMITHFIELD – Longtime Smithfield resident and political provocateur Al Costantino is suing Supt. Judy Paolucci, pictured, and the town of Smithfield for violating his civil rights after a no-trespass order issued from the district prevented him from voting on school property in the September primary. Costantino, 71, is a disabled Vietnam veteran who is heavily involved in local politics and construction projects.
