IPOH: A lorry driver has claimed trial to four charges of physical sexual assault against his teenage daughter.

One woman was killed and five people injured when a lorry drove into a group of pedestrians in the south-eastern German city of Passau on Friday, police said. A police spokesman said an investigation was ongoing. He was not immediately able say whether the incident was an accident or intentional. The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital, meaning a medical cause could not be ruled out for the time being, he said. Passau, home to some 50,000 residents, sits on the border with Austria.
