Commission approves replat Last updated 7/17/2021 at 1:58pm CLOVIS — The city of Clovis Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved a replat of Wicks Heights Addition in Clovis. The applicant and owner is G4 New Generation, LLC. Chad Lydick of Lydick Engineers told the commissioners it will be “good for the city.” “They are going to put in some multifamily and it will be good for the whole area,” Lydick said.
