Janice Richardson, Lawrence To the editor: With the number of COVID-19 cases increasing and restricting the open hours and activities at the city recreation centers, our avid group of pickleball players has been forced to continue outdoor play at Lyons Park, when normally by now we would be playing indoor at Sports Pavilion Lawrence. Thankfully, the fall and early winter weather has been quite cooperative and agreeable.
