DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE’S NOT A LOT OF FORCED CELL SIGNS ALBUQUERQUE USUALLY HAS AROUND 4,000 HOMES FOR SALE RITGH NOW. THE ARAVEGE IS 700 FOR SALE END OF THOSE THEY’RE PRETTY HARD TO GET. AS A LOCAL IF YOU CAN’T BUY A HOUSE NOW OR IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT’S PRESSINURG YOU TO BUY A HOUSE. NOW THAT OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY GOING TO GET HARDER. THE HOUSING MARKET IS ALWAYS CHANGING IN 2021. IT’S A SELLER’S MARKET ONE RECENT HOME BUYER BOUGHT THEIR LAST HOME DURING A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MARKET. THIS ONEAS W LIKE OVERPRICED FOR A VERY LONG TIME BUT LIKE 50,000. YE,AH AND SO I THINK THAT SCARE A LOT OF PEOPLE OFF AND THEN TH LEYOWERED IT AND WE FOUND IT RIGHT WHEN THEY LOWERED IT NOW PRICES ARE GOING UP TWO YEARS AGO WOULD HAVE BEEN AUTBO 240,000 A REALLY ....
