HUNTINGTON — More than 36% of eligible West Virginians are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The state Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) said more than 655,000 people in West Virginia were fully vaccinated as of Thursday morning, representing 36.6% of the population eligible to be vaccinated. More than 793,000 people in the state have received at least one dose.
