Lifted at sunrise this morning, and there are lots of people on the street. if you did not hear the explosions in the distance and listen to the assault rifles and machine guns working, you would not know there's war in the city. obviously things are closed and there's no functioning schools and civil society, but people were out and walking their dogs and out with their families, and a lot of families left but those families who were here were out and enjoying a sunny day and the weather is starting to break here. there were calm looks on their faces. this is not a city in panic. they are lis...
