Construction of Terrane Metals’ Mount Milligan project is getting underway. Last week the company awarded the first construction contract for the copper/gold mine between Fort St. James and Mackenzie. A road upgrade contract has been awarded to Duz Cho Construction L.P., a wholly-owned enterprise of the McLeod Lake Indian Band, and Ledcor CMI Ltd.
