Inspired by the layout and amenities of the Vegas Golden Knights practice facility in Summerlin, AHL fans visiting the Henderson Silver Knights’ own arena on Water Street can now enjoy a snack and daily cup of coffee, but will need to wait for a full-service dining experience.
Planned to include an outdoor patio facing downtown Henderson, glass windows looking down on the two practice rinks, and direct access from the outdoor plaza, MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub remains under construction on the 120,000-square-foot Lifeguard Arena’s second floor.
Operated by Bill Foley’s Montana-based Glacier Restaurant Group, who also owns both hockey teams, MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub is currently hiring and updating potential applicants the restaurant will not open until the fall. ....
