Wayne Thomas McCormick
Wayne McCormick passed away at his sisters home in Huntington Beach, CA after a brief illness. Wayne was born in Maddock, ND to Ray & Mable McCormick. Wayne was born with cerebral palsy with a deformity of left ankle. He attended Maddock Elementary School. He also attended Camp Grassick, in Lake Isabel for speech and physical therapy.
