Talent quests and the holiday carnival queen naming meant the 16-day Caroline Bay Carnival concluded on a high. Caroline Bay Association secretary manager Kevin Fahey said the 110th carnival was a bit of a roller coaster with good crowds despite bad weather forcing the postponement of four concerts.
