NEU allegedly found drugs while executing search warrant Members of the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit allegedly found two ounces of fentanyl and one ounce of methamphetamine in Francis Fredin II’s house at 1024 Baldwin Street when they executed a search warrant Jan. 21. The 24 year old was taken into custody in an alleyway behind the house, and was arraigned by District Judge Aaron Biichle for possession with intent to deliver.
