厦门五部门开展专项行动重点整治物业侵占公共收益 - 民生

厦门日报讯（记者袁舒琪）近日，厦门市建设局、市公安局、市发改委、市民政局、市市场监督管理局五部门联合印发《物业服务企业侵占小区业主公共收益专项整治实施方案》（以下简称《方案》），并部署推动专项整治工作。
根据《方案》，小区公共收益主要包括住宅小区楼道、屋面、电梯、外墙、道闸等广告费；公共场地、公共道路的车辆停放场地使用费；公共场地摆摊、自助售卖机、快递柜等进场费；通信基站等设备占地费；属于全体业主的会所、幼儿园、游泳池（馆）、健身室（馆）、物业服务用房、架空层等公建配套用房或公共场地租金收入。
整治将分四个阶段。其中，自查自纠阶段（7月15日前），各物业服务企业要按《方案》要求，对照整治内容，针对公共收益归集、分配、使用和公示等情况，逐项开展自查自纠，并� ....
