Carlisle United manager Chris Beech reacts to criticism
CARLISLE United players have come in for a bit of criticism in recent weeks as performances haven't quite matched the levels they reached earlier in the season. But the Blues victory over Scunthorpe on Tuesday was their third win on the bounce - the first time they've managed the feat in the league since December. Manager Chris Beech was full of praise for his players following the match. He said: "I know they've had a bit of stick as well in the tough period we were in. Well done to them for handling that. "We move on - games gone, we won two-nil."
