WORCESTER — A Department of Public Works and Parks employee with 16 years of experience working for the city of Worcester received the first ever Paul J. Moosey Department of Public Works & Parks Employee of the Year Award Tuesday.  The first employee to be awarded the honor was Jonathan Gervais, 48, the environmental manager of the Department of Public Works and Parks.
