OGDENSBURG â City Council on Tuesday night passed a resolution to license municipal property at the Dobisky Center through the end of the year. Council unanimously approved the resolution to license municipal property at the riverfront center to Matthew Rose beginning June 1. His lease with the city will extend through the end of 2021. OGDENSBURG â Councilors unanimously passed a resolution Monday night to hold a special City Council meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 18. Two public hearings will be held at the meeting, and council is expected to vote on two resolutions as well.
