As many as 14 families within Rocky Ripple could lose their homes to help protect the town as a whole from flooding, according to city officials.
Three years after Rocky Ripple approved a no-demolition plan for a new flood wall, the Indianapolis Department of Public Works has unveiled a tweaked plan that would involve destruction of as many as 14 houses and the Rocky Ripple Town Hall.
