Our Correspondent Imphal, June 23 (EMN): Manipur Cabinet on Wednesday resolved to adopt 1961 as base year to determine the “native” status for implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in the North-eastern border state. According to a press release issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Imphal, Chief Minister N Biren Singh chaired the cabinet meeting wherein the Manipur State Vision Document 2047, which aims to make the state a vibrant, carbon-neutral and economically, socially and ecologically sustainable state in the next 25 years, was presented.
