Major stakeholders in the Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State have filed a suit against President Muhammadu Buhari over the constitution of the new Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board. They also asked to stop Buhari from inaugurating the governing board of the NDDC pending the hearing and determination of the suit. The plaintiffs in the case include former clerk of the National Assembly and also Chairman Board of Trustees of Ugboland Development Congress, Asiwaju Oluyemi Ogunyomi, Mr. Adebowale Karaki and Dr. Mann Ali.
