Traffic signals are coming to Atherton Drive at Sparrow Hawk Street. They are part of the requirement for the four-story, 122-room Woodspring Suites hotel before the Manteca Planning Commission on Thursday, June 6, at 6 p.m. during a meeting at the Civic Center, 1001 W. Center St.
