Parties are negotiating an expanded 'ground lease' The team is negotiating a new and expanded "ground lease" that could extend up to 60 years to accommodate its new Mapfre practice facility on the site, documents show. Negotiations on the long-term lease recently passed the two-year mark since the project was announced in late 2018. The team didn't respond to a request this month to discuss its term sheet.
