Ina Rae Hebbert Ina Rae Hebbert, age 78, of Ashby, passed away, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Gordon Countryside Care in Gordon, Nebraska after suffering many years with dementia. Oregon Coast Anglers will award three $1,000 scholarships for students graduating from high school in 2021.
