Goa civic body bans sale of 'gobi manchurian' at street stalls over concerns about hygiene
The municipal council of Mapusa town in North Goa has banned the sale of 'gobi manchurian' at roadside stalls due to concerns about unhygienic conditions and the use of synthetic colours by street food vendors. The ban was initially restricted to the annual fair of Shree Bodgeshwar Temple but was later extended to all roadside stalls in the jurisdiction of the council.
