Push to restrict smartphones in Wicklow gathers pace as nine schools attend webinar
An initiative by a Wicklow parents association to offer voluntary agreements restricting the purchasing of smartphones is gathering pace with as many as nine primary schools in the south of the county now exploring the possibility.
