Gide counsel to the Avril group on the acquisition of Solteam
Gide has advised Feed Alliance, a subsidiary of the Avril group specialised in the purchase and sale of raw materials necessary for the production of complete animal feeds on behalf of third parties and the Avril group, in the context of its acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Solteam, itself a specialist in the importation and marketing of soya meal. Gide’s team advising Feed Alliance comprised partner Emmanuel Reille and associate Marie Fleurisson on competition aspects.
